Acrylic dome skylights can be installed on both flat roofs as well as shingle roofs. For skylights to be installed on a flat roof, first a roof curb must be built to accommodate the skylight. These skylights are referred to as "Curb Mounted Acrylic Skylights". Shingle roofed homes can also have acrylic dome skylights installed. These skylights can either be mounted onto a curb, or be installed flush with the shingle roof. The acrylic dome skylights that are installed flush with the shingle roof are referred to as "Self Flashing Acrylic Dome Skylights".

All of our acrylic dome skylights come in different finishes. Available in clear, opaque as well as tinted acrylic, these options can vary depending our clients needs. Clear skylights will provide the most light, however depending their placement, can also increase warmth in your home. This can be great in the winter months and will help on heating costs to your home. For those who don't need as much lighting in their home can go with an opaque or a tinted acrylic. This will offer light, however not as much warmth. Also available with our acrylic dome skylights is the option for a triple pane acrylic skylight.
